Three Programmes, One Standard
Each service is priced to cover parts and workshop time without hidden additions. Owners receive a written condition note at collection.
Quartz Overhaul and Seal Renewal
Battery swap, circuit and coil testing, contact cleaning, and full renewal of case, crown and pusher seals. Pressure-tested and left on bench for 48 hours before handover. Suited to daily-wear quartz pieces and dive-style cases in coastal humidity.

Bracelet, Case and Crystal Refinishing
Hand refinishing to restore brushed-and-polished contrast, removal of light scratching, straightening of bent links, spring bar and pin replacement. Crystal replacement where chipping affects legibility. A sample panel is shown before work begins.

Chronograph and Complication Restoration
Extended programme for column-wheel and cam-lever chronographs, calendar modules, and moon-phase mechanisms. Disassembly, cleaning, end-shake correction, worn lever and spring replacement, and full function testing at every pusher and corrector. Owners receive photographs at each stage.

Written Condition Records
Every piece leaves with a short written note on what was found, what was done, and what to watch at the next visit. No verbal summaries that are hard to act on.
Pressure Testing on Seal Work
Coastal humidity puts real load on gaskets. Each seal renewal is pressure-tested and the watch stays on bench for 48 hours before it is returned — not handed back the same day.
Photo Records on Complex Work
Chronograph restorations include photographs at disassembly, reassembly, and final testing. Owners see exactly what the movement looked like when opened, and after.
Agreement Before Refinishing
Case and bracelet work always begins with a sample panel showing the proposed depth of correction. Owners agree the scope before any polishing compound touches the metal.
Established Parts Channels
Replacement levers, springs, crystals, and gaskets are sourced from the same supply networks used by authorised repairers — not generic stock from uncertain origins.
Transparent Timelines
Quartz work takes two to four days. Refinishing takes seven to ten. Complication restoration is scoped at five to nine weeks depending on parts. These ranges are communicated at intake, not after the fact.
